Castrol Hyspin ZZ are premium category zinc-free hydraulic fluids formulated from solvent - refined base stock with a zinc-free additive system to meet the most stringent demands of modern hydraulic systems. The zinc-free additive system enables better filterability and improved thermal stability with no compromise on the anti-wear performance of the hydraulic fluid.
Application:
Castrol Hyspin ZZ grades are recommended to give maximum performance in most severe vane pump applications. The excellent thermal stability characteristics make them the ideal hydraulic fluids for piston pumps and other hydraulic applications having likelihood of thermal deposit formation. They are particularly suited for hydraulic systems operating at elevated temperatures and experiencing ingress of water. Also suited for machining systems where hydraulic oil leakage may contaminate wastewater disposal systems. Castrol Hyspin ZZ are widely used in machine tool and plastic moulding applications, metal goods manufacture etc.
