Applications:

• VULSOL 3010 S represents the most up-to-date technology in the development of a truly synthetic metalworking fluid. Formulated with specially selected biodegradable components, it produces a clear solution in all types of makeup water and contains no nitrites, phenols, or heavy metals.

• VULSOL 3010 S is recommended for the moderate machining and grinding of ferrous metals, ferrous metal alloys, and all cuprous alloys. It contains a strong rust inhibitor package, anti-weld agents, lubricity additives, and extreme pressure additives that provide outstanding boundary lubrication during the machining process.

• VULSOL 3010 S is a low foaming fluid and can be used in high speed machining operations as well as in notoriously high foaming grinding operations.
